My approach to therapy is to help individuals become more aware of their strengths, as well as their limitations. I teach new techniques to incorporate into one's daily life, to help manage these inevitable obstacles. Growth and healing aren't linear though it would be ideal if they were.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, working toward the final tier of the licensure process. I work with clients of all ages, especially with children, adolescents, and families. Support is one of the most underrated yet significant parts of one's life. I not only offer support inside of session, but also encourage individuals to pursue community resources outside of the therapy room - whether virtual or in-person.
